This came while His Highness chaired, in his office at the Amiri Diwan, the second meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Fujairah Government Excellence Program.
His Highness pointed out the support and follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, for the progress of work in the Fujairah Government Excellence Program and its programs aimed at developing performance in the government work sector in Fujairah, and supporting the goals of the Fujairah Strategic Plan in this vital sector. During the meeting, the results of the study of employee happiness in Fujairah government departments and institutions were reviewed, and a report was made on the entities that achieved the top three positions in the study.
A number of cooperation agreements and partnerships that the program is working on with relevant authorities were also reviewed, including the partnership with Oxford University and MIT, and the program’s agreement with the Jahez platform of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, which aims to benefit 3,000 employees from the Fujairah government and train them in skills. the future.
